Politically Incorrect Wishes

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Does that offend you? If so I am sorry. At this time of year that is my way of wishing you happiness and merriment during this season regardless of your beliefs or background. Though I wish the same for you every day of the year, this is a time when MY raisings has taught me to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Yes, this is a celebration that is carried in my heart every day of the year, so I may offend some people in July as well.
However, if me wishing you well during my celebration offends you, then again I am sorry and this is for you.... May this Christmas season pass you by and you remain sour, spiteful, unfulfilled and unhappy, that is YOUR choice. (But in my heart, I still wish you Merry Christmas!)

Totally defies MY common sense

We as taxpayers are paying the Feds to investigate speaker Black. We as taxpayers are now paying $30,000 to defend speaker Black, supposedly since he isn't accused of anything. My big question is: If he isn't accused, and isn't guilty why does he need defending? Why do taxpayers pay for this?

I have spent most of the week in the bed.... alone... sick.
So, sorry for not pondering anything this week.
